Some fixes were made to prevent BingPaper from crashing.

I split the BingPaper configuration settings into a separate file to prevent from always overwriting user settings every time if they had changed the defaults and updated BingPaper. I failed to tag the newly created file bingPaper.config as "Content" in the project and as such it was not deployed. Please download the newest MSI to correct this issue, sorry about that!

This release is our first release that is shaping up to be a 1.0 release for BingPaper. At this point new features for this release are being considered while current features continue to be tested and tightened down. If you have any feedback, suggestions or a defect to report please spend a few moments submitting your input.

BingPaper is nearing it's 1.0 release, there was a large gap of time between the last release and this release, I don't plan to have the same amount of time pass before 1.0 is released. Actually it depends on the feedback I get, if any. Future RCs depend on you.

Thank you for taking the time to be a part of this project even if you just use the application. It's far surpassed my expectations, I wrote it for my own use, and had no idea it would generate the interest it has, and for that have you to thank! Thank you very much!
